Treatment in India
When the right specialist is in another city, we organise the rest.
Families often know the care they need is elsewhere, but not how to get there without losing weeks to phone calls, unanswered emails and repeated reports. Carehorizon Health coordinates the practical side: identifying suitable hospitals and specialists, sharing records, fixing appointments, arranging travel and a place to stay, and keeping the family informed while treatment is under way. Every clinical decision stays with the doctors you choose.
What we coordinate
Finding suitable options
Based on the diagnosis and your treating doctor's recommendation, we identify hospitals and specialists that offer the treatment needed, and explain the practical differences between them. We do not rank doctors or recommend treatment.
Records and second opinions
We organise your reports so specialists can review them properly, and arrange second-opinion consultations where you want one.
Appointments and admission
We liaise with hospital desks on appointments, admission dates and what to bring.
Travel and stay
Train or flight bookings, airport and station transfers, ground ambulance where needed, and accommodation near the hospital for the patient and attendants.
Family support
One point of contact for relatives, including those living abroad, with updates at agreed times.
After discharge
Recovery stay arrangements, the journey home, and coordination of follow-up appointments.
How it works
- Tell us the situation. Share the diagnosis, the recommendation you have received and where the patient is now.
- Case review. Your coordinator reviews the records with you and agrees what you need from us.
- Options in writing. We send hospital and specialist options with the information each has provided, including their estimates, clearly labelled as estimates.
- You decide. Nothing is booked until you approve.
- Coordination. We confirm appointments, travel and stay, and send you the case plan showing what is confirmed and what is pending.
- During and after treatment. Your coordinator stays with the case through discharge, the journey home and follow-up.

While treatment is under way
The practical side, handled.
Airport and station pickups, a place to stay near the hospital, transfers between the hotel and the ward, and support for the attendants who travel with the patient.

Do you choose the hospital for us?
No. We give you options with clear information and help you compare them. You choose, ideally with the advice of your own doctor.
Who pays Carehorizon Health?
Usually the patient or family pays us for coordination. In some cases a hospital pays us instead. Either way, we tell you how we are paid before you decide, and it does not change the options we put in front of you.
Can you help if my family lives abroad?
Yes. Many families arranging care in India have relatives overseas. We keep everyone who needs to be informed up to date, at times that suit them.
Can you guarantee an appointment date or a treatment cost?
No. Hospitals set appointments and costs. We tell you what the hospital has confirmed and what is still an estimate.
