We coordinate; clinicians decide
Carehorizon Health coordinates medical travel, patient transfers and services for international patients. We do not diagnose, recommend treatment, prescribe or decide whether a patient is fit to travel. Those decisions are made by qualified doctors and hospitals.
Aircraft and ambulances
Aircraft are operated by licensed aviation operators, and ambulances by their providers, under their own approvals and with their own crews.
General information only
Guides and other content on this website are general information to help families understand the process. They are not advice about any individual patient. Always follow the advice of the treating doctor.
Estimates, timelines and visas
Treatment costs, appointment dates, transfer timings and visa decisions are set by hospitals, operators and government authorities. We tell you clearly what has been confirmed and what is an estimate, but we cannot guarantee outcomes, costs, timings or approvals.
Emergencies
If someone needs emergency medical care, call 112 in India or your local emergency number before contacting us.
